Is intense cramping in your whole back mean ur going into labor it only happens every few hours or twice a day ? im 36 weeks going on 37....??

And keep in mind that if your back pains become regular and time-able but you don't feel any actual contractions you should still call ur Dr because u could have back labor

It could be very light early labor. They don't officially call it labor until your contractions become regular, but even just a few times a day might sorely be thinning and opening your cervix. If you get internals done at your appointments you'll have a good idea of whether these contractions are doing anything or not.

Depends i havr had them since 34 weeks and im almost 38 tomorrow
