Slight Cramping

I'm a little over 5 weeks and I'm having some slight cramping every now and then. My first OB appt is the 23rd of this month. Should I be worried or could it be my body trying to go through the changes it needs for the baby to grow? I didn't experience this with my daughter.

You don't have to have bad cramps for it to be a misccarge, I had very light cramps in Monday went I went to loo, I saw that I was bleeding, thankfully both baby and I are okay and that I didn't need to have a stitch put it, I have been prescribed utrogestan tablets

It is completely normal. With my first born I had had horrible cramping, so bad that I couldn't move. I was balled up on the floor it hurt so bad. But when I told my doctor she told me it's my body making room for the baby. And she told me that it hurt that bad because I was so tiny. With this pregnancy (only 8weeks) I only had slight cramping. Oh and with my first I had a completely healthy pregnancy with no complications.

Thanks! It's finally getting better. When I got my LMP I woke up with a burning feeling in my stomach. Didn't go to the doc for it but it quit doing it. I wasn't pregnant before that though. I got pregnant in August. I'm just so excited for everything because me and my husband have been trying since our daughter was 3 months old. Finally!!!

It hasn't been too bad. It just comes and goes like every other day or a few times a day but no bleeding. I also have a tingle that is constant in my shoulder blade which I looked it up and it says it could be a pinched nerve

I have been having cramping too and my doctor says its totally normal! If it gets severe or you start bleeding heavily, then go in. Otherwise you are OK!
