So exhausted

I'm 22wks+3 and all of a sudden I am DEAD TIRED!  I could seriously go to bed at 8pm and get up at noon if my two year old would allow it lol.  Any tips or tricks to beat the exhaustion?  I can't go walking bc the crazy ohio weather lately, plus I'm just getting over having severely low hemoglobin (thank goodness I didn't need a transfusion).  I had awesome energy for about four days, now the past two says I'm just dragging.  I've had some nosebleeds (thats what caused my hemoglobin drop, I have a bleeding disorder), but nothing like they had been.  Actually barely anything to talk about lol.  Anyone else hit an exhaustion wall too after feeling great??

I know the feeling of always being tired. I can fall asleep as soon as I sit down. But being that your hemoglobin is low it could actually be the reason why your so tired. Anytime your hemoglobin gets low even just a few points, it causes you to become very tired. Hopefully once that is taken care of you can get back to normal. Good luck!
