My fiancé's brother and his wife literally drive me insane! They just had a baby who is almost a year old now and we were nothing but supportive for them I'm even the one who gave her a baby shower! Payed for everything too! Now that me and my fiancé are expecting a baby neither of them are happy we haven't gotten ONE congratulations since they found out a month ago. I'm so sick of all the petty drama. A month before I got pregnant my fiance proposed to me and they weren't even happy about that because my fiancé "didn't tell them about it before he did it" like seriously get a life! But I guess we won't be good parents because we are too young, that's what they make it seem like. I'm 20 and my fiancé is 22 and we have been together for four years but they also don't think anyone should have a child before they are 27 because no one is "mature" enough to until then. I'm trying my best to keep my mouth shut but I'm seriously about to freak the hell out on both of them! Sorry ladies just needed to vent :)

They sound jealous to me, because you're younger and having a kid  and clearly more mature than they were at your age. O im 22 FTM, married 3 years now. Age is just a number. Dont let them put you down.

Im 19 and my bf is 27... i must say i am wayy more mature then him. He still wants to go out and get drunk. Before i moved to ny i had my own apartment 2 jobs and managed to support me AND him... so i would have to argue with her theory.

Well that's how old she was when she had her kid so if everyone doesn't do it exactly how she did then they are wrong in her eyes. It's so ridiculous. But I'm happy about my pregnancy and that's all that truly matter :) I'm glad I'm not the only one with people like this around

I have the same problem only its most of my family. I have been with my husband 7 years and married 4 years ago. But I just ignore them even though its hard sometimes
