18weeks and morning sickness!!!

My dr stated "by the time I enter my second trimester, the morning sickness should go away!" Unfortunately that is wrong, so my question is is there anyone else experience morning sickness in their second trimester and is there a certain time frame during pregnancy it should last?

Every one is different and every pregnancy is different. My first I had morning stickiness the entire time with my second it slowed down about 13 weeks and I think it's because I'm managing my diet better, I get plenty of rest, and try not to stress. What really helps me is drinking a protein drink on the morning. It settles my stomach all day. And ginger really helps too. And as weird as it sounds sushi helps I get the fried told and eat then with pickled ginger. tastes amazing and the ginger settles your stomach. There are other form of ginger too ginger ale, ginger suckers, ginger cookies. They all work for me

I understand how you feel, im 33 weeks 3 days and I still some times get sick. .. I got sick everyday until i hit 30 weeks, my dr. Told me the same things, my friends said it wouldn't last but it has. Hopefully it will get better for you. I even use to throw up the medicine my dr. Gave me for nausea.

I just get A little sick here & there & I'm 22wks. Sometimes you just have to look at what your doing , such as eatting right, drinking water, or it could be the prenatals. I don't worry tho

I'm around 15 wks and still puking every day, several times a day. I've lost almost 20 lbs bc of it as of this morning. My doc offered zofran but I'm allergic so I'm kinda screwed.

With my first I had it until I was about 18, 19 weeks. With the second I'm 15 weeks and still feeling it! Taking zofran, the only thing that saved me! I hope I will feel normal soon! Thougght maybe 2nd pregnant might be different but so far, just the same as first. I even felt this way on birth control pills which I had to stop taking. I guess some women's body's are just more sensitive to these pregnancy hormones.

Like she said everyone is different. When she says should be it means please be over Lol. I know women who have had sickness throughout the pregnancy. And even some who had a normal period.
