Pressure on lower abdomen?

Ok so hopefully is not TMI. Just a little heads up. So im 23 weeks and for some reason for the past 2 weeks or so i get this like pressure like sharp pain in my lower abdomen after i go potty either number 1 or number 2, specially after #2. Is this normal does has this happen to anyone else??? I mean a my like pushing to hard, i havent had any problems going, i feel like it comes out smoothly (TMI sorry). I do have issues peeing sometimes were i really have to go and when i get there it takes me a minute or so to get going. The sharp cramp pain goes away eventually. I just thought it was weird but if its normal i dont want to worry.

It's normal, basically it's from things.. emptying out, and that makes your ligaments stretch a little more. In the beginning it was just pressure then it turned to pain like my uterus was gonna fall off.

Also if I've gotta go BM AND pee then I have to have BM first otherwise I can't go pee. there's even been times where the pee thing has been like delayed, I'll think I'm done, and walk out of the bathroom only to have to pee 2 min. later and I've got a full bladder. :)

Sounds normal to me.

The "issues" peeing only gets worst. I hate it! I'll have to run the washroom thinking I have to go really bad, but then I sit there for min's......ahhhhh
