Loosing symptoms, miscarrage?

In 8+4 and since last night I haven't felt nauseous and my boobs are not sore does this mean I'm miscarrying?

I lost all my symptoms at nine weeks. Now I'm 11 weeks and they are coming back with a vengeance.

No it doesn't mean that. Every pregnancy is different. Some woman don't have any symptoms....others start to lose their toward the second trimester as your hormones mellow out! You really can't go by pregnancy symptoms! There are days I wake up with none and the next day sicker then a dog. Yhr only time really to be concerned is if there is bleeding and painful cramps (ones that make you double over) good luck dear and keep us posted!
