Spinal headache?

Have any of you already mamas experienced one after a spinal or an epidural? I think I have one and I'm not sure how to treat it other than the extreme: a blood patch which I'd have to go back to the hospital to get. Any ideas on how to know for sure if it's a soak headache? On home treatments?
Ugh all I can say is never again! Just a fair warning to anyone planning to use a spinal/epidural for giving birth: I needed one for a surgical repair after giving birth naturally and it's been horrible!

I had a bad migraine for two days afterwards. Didn't realise at the time that that was more than likely what caused it.

Not sure what that is but I have to say I agree on the recommendation to not get the epidural. I got one on 18th of September when daughter was born and I've been having back pain ever since, right where they put it in.. so disappointed. NOT worth it for TEMPORARY pain :'(

Ok I did some research and talked to my midwife. I'm posting this so any other recent mommies have the info:
get up and moving as soon as possible to reduce the likelihood and severity
bed rest, narcotic pain killers, and caffeine can help you cope
if symptoms do not lessen/disappear within a week, go back to the hospital for a blood patch

Remember, the symptoms don't usually appear for 3-7 days after the spinal/epidural is administered!
