Oh that's awful. I agree, lots of moisturization: unscented lotion, cocoa butter. Some ladies swear by bag balm (it's also popular with breastfeeding moms).
Dry winter air in your home may be making things worse. Maybe put a scented simmer pot on the stove or plug in a humidifier?
I'm 18 weeks and 3 days and I have the most god awful itch... you itch em well I itch and they look like wolverine attacked. lol.
Are you pregnant? I never had itchy boobs, but its a good idea to keep them moisturized if they itch.
scratch? LOL..sorry, I don't know...the cocoa butter sounds like a great idea though, or you might want to look into an Aveeno with oatmeal and maybe aloe :-).
I use bio oil. that may help. :)
I have coco butter but I wasn't putting it on my boobs but I will now!
Also, if you are prone to stretch marks then scratching all the time makes it worse (if u didn't know already)
Keeping them moisturized all the time should help. Cocoa butter is my fav during pregnancy keeping you moisturized for long time and helps with stretch marks.
If that doesn't help, I assume cortizone ointment or lotion should be fine but use it sparingly since frequent use will thin the skin
