Spotting

I am almost 3 weeks late on my period. My periods are always regular and i have never missed one. i have taken several hpt and all are negative. I have been taking my BC pills but I missed four in a row this week (im not having sex right now) and when i used the bathrrom this morning i had some brown blood. Nothing was left in my underwear but when i wiped it was brown, and a few times after that it was also brown. But nothing anymore. Does this mean i'm not pregnant? I would assume if i was pregnant taking my pills or not, i wouldnt bleed. Please Help!!!

you could... it is called implantation bleeding and as it doesn't happen in every pregnancy it is common... take a test again and if its negative again contact your md and have blood drawn... and if its still negative just wait your missed pills probably made your period irregular and it will take it some time to get back to normal... gd luck

I did have sex on my last pack when i missed like 6 pills. and my period never came but my doctor said when im due to start my next pack of pills to take them anyways so i have been. i havent had sex on this pack but i missed a few days and had that very light brown spotting. i was just wondering if this means im not pregnant? i know you can spot or bleed if you miss pills, but would u spot of bleed if you were pregnant (and missed pills)?

you said ur not having sex? well when was hte last time you did?? if it was less than a week before you missed your pills then you could be pregnant and the dark brown bleeding could be old blood that ur body is getting rid of... but since you did miss 4 pills it is also normal that your period becomes irregular... so i would get a check up just in case...
