Question For Mommies That Are Working Or Have Worked During Pregnancy!

Hey Moms, I'm A Cashier And I'm 6 and a half months. Every day when I get off I have this severe pain in my back and it lasts for hours and makes me can't sleep some nights. The pains have started recently when I at work and on my days off. Do you think I need to talk to my doctor? Or is the normal?

I am currently 37 weeks and a nurse, do I am on my feet all day too. I bought a birthing ball (exercise ball) and when I'm having back pain I like to bounce on the ball and it actually helps me greatly.
