Spotting

I'm 31 weeks as of today. This is my second pregnancy. For the past two nights I've been to the er because of pain and tenderness in my lower abdomin, was diagnosed with an infection but the doctor said the infection would not be the cause of the pain and tenderness I feel on my belly. They sent me to do an ultrasound today to check my ovary(since my right one was removed) and to thoroughly check everything else. Of course the ultrasound tech wasn't able to tell me anything but I haven't gotten a call from my doctor as to what were the results. I just went to use the restroom and when I wiped I had a couple spots of bright red blood but when I wiped again I had nothing. Do keep in mind they did check my cervix the night before last and the night before that one as well. Should I be alarmed? Or just brush it off?

So I did go in but everything is good. Thank God and I'm not spotting anymore ☺️

I would go to the ER! It's not worth the risk. It would be best to make sure everything is okay and be in a doctor's care if necessary.
