Starting to really freak out...

Haven't felt baby in 2 days and I'm 21 weeks .. I know you aren't suppose to feel the baby constantly at 21 weeks but I usually feel her move everyday and now I'm worried . Tried today and yesterday drinking soda and coffee and orange juice and laying on my left side and nothing seems to work:'( Am I freaked over nothing ? I have been getting some cramps recently but no bleeding... maybe it's just my anxiety kicking in

I go in on Thursday anyways... I'm not to worried she's still very small and you're not supposed to start counting movements until 28 weeks.. I'm sure she is fine .. I suffer from anxiety so I'll freak out even over the smallest things.

I would still call ur doctor. I ignored it with my last son and never called. But to find out my son was dying. Not tryna scare you. I just think u should call this is my 3rd pregnancy I call my doctor every time I feel as if something is wrong.

Drink ice water lay on your left side for an hour and poke around a bit, yes they need their rest but my doctor said if I don't feel movement after a day to go in immediately. I've felt my baby every single day since 17 weeks, if you still feel nothing after that call l&d and see what they say. I'm not trying to freak you out or anything.

Well I have a doppler that I bought .. listen to her heartbeat every week and it really helps with my anxiety. Best 50 dollars I've ever spent but I won't be able to hear it until later on today because it's at my boyfriends .. If I don't hear it then I definitely know something is wrong. Which I'm hoping that doesn't happen

I had this same issue but am only 19weeks and I didn't feel my little baba for 48 hours at the start of this week. Called my midwife and she told me to go into hospital, they checked the heartbeat and all was good :) the midwife thought the baba was just tucked up away. But is always worth giving them a ring and they'll listen to the baba for you :).

From my understanding, I'm a first time mom, but the baby can be active a couple days and then need to rest.
