Stomach Twitching??

Sometimes when I feel him kick, it's an actual kicking feeling, but sometimes it feels more like a twitch. Sometimes it's in 2 places at once. I don't think it's hiccups because it only lasts a few seconds then goes away then a few minutes later it comes back. Is this normal?

Hi there.  could be baby moving around.  The other thing we have going through our abdomen is a major artery so there is also a pulse there.  Lots of people think it is the baby's heart beat but it is actually their own pulse.  But it doesn't sound like that is what you are talking about.  My babies never kicked.  I never felt stabs of a kick.  I had more of a big rolling baby that you could see shift position or fluttering.  good luck
