Swelling
my left foot swells so bad. To the point where my calf feels swollen and the skin tightens.. Never really happens to my right foot. It usually would only happen if I was on my feet all day now it happens all the time.
Anything to do to help?
I drink a ton of water already and I keep my foot elevated but still stays swollen!

It's sooo weird! It's only my left foot drives me CRAZY.

Hmmm, my left foot does that too but when it does, i fill up the tub and put epsom salt in it. Then I soak it for about 30 minutes. Seems to help a little bit.
