miscarriage scares?

Hi im 5 weeks pregnant and extremely scared of miscarrying as this is my first pregnancy. Is anyone else going thru the same thing?any tips on how to keep positive?

Hi I'm 15 weeks & ever since I found out @ 6 weeks I'm still waiting for something bad to happen. Every little pain I'm checking for spotting. I'm trying to think positive, whatever happens is out of our control. Best of luck

Im 36 weeks and still.worry and still think things  arent right sometimes.. I think its instinctive to be this way lol.. Just try n relax :)..

I agree its always in the back of my mind that it can be taken away so easy... but you really cant let it get to you, live healthy, look after yourself, just do everything that you can to give your baby a healthy pregnancy and thats all you can do... anything else is out of your control...it is very normal to feel this way but seriously dont let it control your life, try to enjoy being pregnant... it is an amazing feeling and does go by faster than it seems at the time...
