TB Skin Test & TTC

Hey ladies, i have a question. Im going to be starting a new job.  I have to get a TB skin test done 2mrw.  I will not ovulate until the 30th of this month.  Is it safe to ttc, how long will that substance last in my body, any clues anyone.  Also, has anyone gotten the TB skin test while preggo.
