I guess it's B6 that helps!!
You can also try taking extra vitamin B....supposedly that is supposed to help somehow. I heard many things of where women lack vitamin B a lot so I take B50 complex to cover all my bases. I never had m/s either and I swear it's cuz I take it.
I found for me that if i sucked on a sour candy, that helped me alot!
thank you girls so much i am so about to go get them lol,i was up all night cus i felt so sick i will update everyone on how they work for me and if they work i will never be able to thank you ladies enough lol
I tried the sea bands with my boys and they didn't work for me but they definitely do work for a lucky few =) I found preggy pops and preggy drop pops this time (even though I didn't have morning sickness just nausea every once in a while) and they worked wonders. They are all natural (rice and brown sugar) and very easy on the stomach. You can get them at babies r us or at some targets... I hope you feel better....
i have a midwife dont noe if ur with a mid wife or obgyn. i had an obgyn for my first pregnancy and moidwife for this one cuz i wanted to try something new and i told her that i am still getting the morning sickness and when i take my maturnas it makes me feel twice as nautious some times vomitting and not kool but i am going on 15 weeks as of monday and alot of them will say well it should start to go away or calm down a lot but not me in this case but i donno have u tried diclectin thats pretty good take one in the morning and 2 at night and my midwife has also said that u can take gravol as for an obgyn will say noe but apparently its cuz a midwife is more up to date then a obgyn. and try flat gingerale and crackers help....... and apparently so does uncafinated tea like pepermint tea or ginger tea is good to help settle the stomach as well. but give it a try and see how those work might help might not but lets hope for the better. but if u find maturna pills r making u sick to like it is to me my midwife has also said to just go and get a multi vitamine but make sure that the folic acid is in them cuz its to protect ur baby :) hope u get well soon! good luck
oh and your supposed to place the little piece that sticks out 2 finger widths below the line where your wrist meets your arm and right in between those two tendons you have on the inside of your wrist.
i agree i got a sea band (actually i think it was a variation of the actual sea band cause dh bought it at walgreenss but its the same concept) and it worked so great. it doesn't take it away completely, but it takes the edge off..kinda like taking pain meds. i think you should try them!!
Sea Bands worked amazingly for my morning well all day sickness! I'm 13 weeks and thankfully I don't have to wear them anymore, however I wish they made something like that for heartburn!
If it's severe to where you can barely keep any food or liquids down, I suggest talking with your doctor to see if he can write you a prescription.
Good luck! And I hope the morning/all day sickness lets up...I know how bad it can be.
oh yea and this is just not in the mornings it is all day and worse at night or while im riding in a car...
