I am reading the highly recommended "taking charge of your fertility" but I don't see anything in it other than charting. My question is: what are the foods I need to eat and what are the foods I should stay away from. The internet has too much conflicting information for me to even have a clue. Any ideas??? Thanks everyone!

Lots of fruit and veggies, lean meats, tree nuts (not peanuts). Pomegranates and walnuts specifically are great. Ditch caffeine. A cup of coffee a day is great (but probably stay away from the more specialty drinks and drink regular coffee with cream/sugar).

Are you ttc? well, you need to take prenatal vitamins with folic acid. you can avoid coffe, n' sodas. tuna, but still, the other day i spoke with my dr, she said, well, u can eat whtever you want but with a limit, if you are eating tuna once in a while, its ok(but i would avoid eating that anyway). you can eat alotf of fresh veg. specaiily Green veg. like broccoli, spinach etc.also. salads, nuts. you can also drink grapfruit juice(red) b'coz it increases ur CM's around your ovulation days.. i drank almost every 2-3 hrs(8oz). you can serch online, for more info. Good Luck!!!
