labor?

I am currently 38 weeks 3days wit a boy. i recently went to da doc on wednesday and am only 1cm dialated. Since yesterday ive been havin the urge too go poop. or like i have gas or something. ive went like 4times today. my stomach hurts but i dont think its contractions. this is my second child but my first is 10 years old so this pregnancy feels new to me.   He is already in position and i feel pressure constantly on my pelvic bone. i remember wit my daughter i had back labor and thats what i feel like now. when i walk i have contractions that come n go. I'm just wondering if i should go in to da er or labor and delivery to see wats goin on. just dont wanna feel stupid. i know ive been losing my mucus plus on n off for awhile now. And im feelin nauseated. Please give me sum feedbak.... thanks

I wouldnt go l&d just just yet id wait for ur pain to become regular, but it sounds like early stages of labour ! Clear out, back ache, feeling sick etc ! Good luck
