Thank you ladies. Now I am feeling much better.
The tape is inaccurate because everyone carries baby differently in pregnancy. I measured big with the tape and then via ultrasound she was measuring 3 weeks small. Even then I gave birth at 39 weeks to a 6 lb 15 oz baby.
I think you don't have to be worried,in my first pregnancy when I was 8 months pregnant I lost 2 kg that month for no reason nd I delivered a 4 kg healthy boy
good luck in everything!
I had it happen to me. Until you get your ultrasound, don't worry about it. Measuring by tape is inaccurate and doesn't mean anything. I was 33 weeks and measured to be 27 weeks. Ultrasound showed her to be at 32 weeks 6 days. My daughter was born at 39 weeks weighing 6 pounds 12 ounces and at 5 months old has no problems. Many doctors don't bother with the practice of tape measurements because they are so inaccurate and just cause unneeded worry and stress. Good luck. I'm sure everything is fine.
I wouldn't worry it doesn't nessiserily mean anything and is extremely inaccurate, I measured 4 weeks ahead went for a scan and acctually have a really small baby .. So
