Mine went up the day after I ovulated and it is still up. I'm 10DPO. I went from 96.6 to 97.3 and it has been as high as 97.5 in the past couple of days.
I just peaked at your chart.here on medhelp.looking at your average cycle length which is 31 days.so based on that ovulation could happen around the cd17.so i would aim to start bedding cd15 onwards.because your cycle varies up to 38 days.you need to concentrate from cd15 to cd25 this being the latest plus 1 day you would likely to ovulate.as long as you can try bed every other day you be well covered.good luck.
Generally by charting your temp should go up day after ovulation, some women have a slow rise.over 3 days.so as long as 3 days following O the temp is steady going up.
for me i always had a big dip day before ovulation then would shoot up next day above coverline.but you will know via the temp.as for having pain during ovulation, this is not a confirmed sign you have ovulated,so your temping this is the best way,
I dont know much about charting or CM when ovulating. I was always lucky to just "know" I guess. I always got a pain in one side or the other while ovulating. Anyway, I just wanted to wish you luck!!!!!!!!
