Try walking it will get your bowels moving. Coffee, tea (warm beverages usually get things going) apple juice but definatly not bananas! Medimucal is on my safe list also.
Your due a day before I am, and thanksgiving was the most I've eaten in forever because of morning sickness. I am deffiantly starting to feel the affects of feeding my face. Hope everything is going well.
Prune juice. Works every time. If its too thick for you to drink water it down a little. I chug 8ozs and in just a few hours im all good.
Lots of water and fruit. But dont eat bananas! They will make it worse. 100% white grape juice or prune juice works well too
I was sooo constipated at that time. I did everything ate prunes took colace. I was still constipated. Its the iron in the prenatal vitamins. Maybe ask ur doctor for a different vitamin with lower iron.
Do not eat bananas! They are used to constipate when you have diarrhea. Try prunes or any dried fruit really

Try eating fruit? Bananas always clear me right up. Or even an apple. I used to be constipated in the beginning of my pregnancy and all I ate was fruit so it really helped. Good luck
