What are ways to increase chances of pregnancy?

Me and my husband have been trying to get pregnant for about 6 months now and we still aren't successful. We have taken home fertility tests and they all came out fine. I haven't seen a ob/gyn yet but I'm thinking maybe I should. Should I make an appointment and see if anythings wrong or should I wait? I know that it can get expensive and the fertility tests can be quite painful. What do you think? And are there any tips on increasing chances of pregnancy? Oh also, my mother was diagnosed with endometriosis. I know that can be hereditary and that it is the number one cause of infertility in women. I haven't been checked for that yet main because it's painful and I'm scared, but what are your thoughts?

Ovulating**

Also, have sex and when he ejaculates in you, lay there with your hips elevated slightly for about half an hour (I didn't do it that long) lol..and remember try not to stress about it, when you least expect it, it will happen!! :) best wishes
