Doc.urine samples the same as a hpt?
ok, i was just wondering if having a urine test done at the doc.office is the same as a hpt? Im now 8 days late on my period.N still having lots of white discahre. Last week i had brown discharge for bout 2-4 days then when i wipped there was light pinkish0redish on the toilet paper.hmm wonder iif i could still be pregnant?

Hey sweeti i know your desparate to be pregnant,but you are asking us to tell you ,you are we cant do that as it would be giving you false hope.and if your not ,you be blameing us saying we said you were,try to wait it out bit longer,im sure next week or so you will know either way....
Your doc's office either uses these discs in which you use a dropper to put urine in the well (that's what I use at the clinic) or test strips that they dip in the urine. They are generally a little more sensitive, but not by much.
yeah i will tlk to the Doc if i dont start n the test is negitive again. So are these signs common that im having? And can i still be pregnant?
I haven't had any of the "tinted" discharge but since I got pregnant it seems like some days I feel like I ooze gobs of mucus and other days I don't really have any at all. I've always used the HPT's and they've always been accurate for me. I would recommend doing what Wonder12 suggested tho.
From what it sounds like, I have heard many women with those symptoms that have been pregnant. When I went to the doc last month they called their urine test a "real test" obviously discrediting the store bought ones. If you still have not had a period and the next one turns negative as well, I would go see the doc. THey can also do a blood test and do an ultrasound.
Ok, thats what I thought. Im going to take another test next week if I still dont happen to start yet. Do u think i could still be pregnant. And did u ever experience any of that discharge?
generally speaking the urine test the doctors use are more sensitive than the HPT's other than that they are pretty much the same. With that said there are some HPT's that are closer to what docs use. Try googling the different hpt's and what level of HCG they test for.
