Help , Toddler Problems

I have a 14 month old son. He has been acting horrible towards me lately. Me and my boyfriend went out yesterday and left him with my mom for the day. She said he was excellent and didn't give her any problems but today, being with me, he's been throwing temper tantrums. I bathed him and once I took him out, he kicked and screamed. I tried laying him down for a nap, he screamed, cried and hit. I tried feeding him dinner, he ate a little bit but then wouldn't sit down. I've been having a horrible time with him. My mom thinks it's because he's getting a sense of me being pregnant. I don't know. Have any of you mommies experienced this? Any advice? TIA(:

My son will be such a cry baby & throws his ugly fits too ijust ignore em sometimes. & ido bathe him everyday , feels like when ibathe him he relaxes & takes a nap. & yes , he'll eat less w.me but he gladly eat w.his daddy lol.. Im 28wks w.baby #3 excepting a girl. My son is also 14 month & ialso have a 3yr old daughter. Itsss hard but ilove my littlo babies.

Sounds like he's testing his boundaries. You need to be more firm. Let him know you are the parent not him

he's getting into the terrible two stage, lol. my nephew acted the same way. it's hard to say, but you have to show him that you're mother and what you say goes, especially when it comes to those tantrums, because he'll feel like he has power. discipline isn't a bad thing honey. as long as you DON'T go over board. good luck honey.
