Tingling in left hand.

I've noticed lately that when I sleep on my left side I wake up with tingling and numbness in my left hand, so I've stopped but the tingling and numbness are still there but only when I use my hand to hold stuff or if my hand is placed in a certain position. Has anyone experienced this or know what to do?

I developed carpel tunnel when I was pregnant with my now almost 6 year old and I still get tingling if I read a book in bed or hold my phone for too long and sometimes I wake up with it...in theory it resolves after delivery but everyone is different.... I may have caused more damage by allowing him to rest his head in my arm while my arm was extended until he was 4 lol

Its carpel tunnel. Sometimes pregnant woman will get it. In one hand or both. I started doing that exact same thing and your hands go numb. Nothing u can do but wear a brace.

Get checked out by a chiropractor. Symptoms in your arms and hands may be coming from your neck, and the chiropractor should check your shoulder/elbow/wrist as well. You don't have to put up with weakness and pain!

I've had the same thing but not when I sleep. It happens more like if I push myself up off of the couch or something. I was wondering what is was too...
