Tiny red bumps????
Ive noticed that my 2 month old Stephany, is getting little red bumps on her forhead and on one side of her face, and on her neck a little bit. I always wipe her face with a soft wet cloth every night during her bath, but it doesnt seem to help.
Thank you, i googled it and it was baby acne, and i decided to use a tiny bit of johnson baby wash on her cheeks and it went away, i do think she might have alergies like her dad though, because she sneezes alot when its hot out.
That's what I was going to say - Baby acne maybe. If you do a google images search for baby acne see what comes up - if it looks like what's on your daughter.
Any number of things could be causing a rash or hives. It could be a topical allergy (perhaps to the laundry detergent you wash the washcloth in!). Regardless I think at 2-months it should be something concerning enough to check in with the doctor just to make sure she isn't having an allergic reaction to something.
