hair dye

I am 23 weeks , and just died my hair last Friday. Any moms dye their hair while pregnant? I feel bad for just not waiting it out. But I've been told usually during the second trimester. I opened all my windows used a face mask while the application was being put on etc.

Yeah I'm sure you'll be fine since you took precautions. That was smart. I dyed my hair at about 20 weeks and now I'm 33 weeks with a healthy boy.

I read about it because I wanted to do it and I never did it with my daughter but they said that its not recommended during first trimester just because its a crucial developmental stage but it wont hurt anything. But during second and third trimester they have not found any reason why it would not be okay.

I bleached my hair first trimester (didn't know I was pregnant) then dyed it red twice second and third trimester and then just put in highlights. (I always have to change my hair, I get bored easily!:p)
