To much vitamin A
I have just found out i am pregnant (7 weeks i think) and am worried because i usually take multi vitamins, and to much vitamin A is harmfull in pregnancy. The dosage in the suppliments i have been taking is 800 ugRE. I haven't got an appointment with the doctor til next week and am worried about what damage it could have done...can anyone help???
well if you are this worried i would go to the doctor beofre your sheduled appointment to see what is wrong i hope the best for you
