UPDATE: It was Preterm Labor
For thoughs of you who helped me Thursday night, My water did Rupture wednesday night. After I had talked with you ladies, I started having contractions and called my cusin and i went to the hospital and they did an Emergency C section. I was putting her in destress because i couldnt stop hyperventaling. She was born at 10:38 pm on thrusday March 31st and weighted 4 pounds 1 once, and was on oxygen for one night she is now breathing on her own and is doing great shes in the NICU. She they will be starting her on my Breast milk tonight. If everything from here on out goes great she will be released on my due date, May 24th. Thank you ladies who help me you all have been a great support for me.
A c-section is NEVER pleasant, I had a spinal with mine and it drove me NUTS that I could't move my feet. The people in the room with me at the time that I could finally wiggle my toes must have thought I'd gone bonkers when I squeeled out that I could move them LOL
Congrats! I am really glad things turned out good for you both. How scary that must have been. Hopefully she will be home with you guys very soon!
ok. thanks. I cant remember when I had my first BM with my oldest. Any way the Doc did perscribe me some stool softeners. I was relieved when they got her out too, they told me if I would have waited longer she wouldnt have made it, they also told me I should have come in as soon as my water broke, they thought it was weird that i thought i was peeing a constant pee, but it was my first spontanious water breaking/labor. I do know I hope I will NEVER have to go through that again! I hated the Epidural, I did not like feeling like i was paralized.
I'm so late (I was knocked out from the meds) but she IS ADORRRRRRRABLE !! Congrats again! What a blessing!
Congrats! I am so glad you went in to get checked. And it's wonderful that your little girl is okay! She's gorgeous!

Don't worry about the BM....take some stool softeners though. I didn't have a BM for like 10 days after I gave birth to my daughter because I tore so badly in so many different directions that I was terrified to...it won't be as bad with the C-section just take the softeners so you don't have to strain and if you let those go to work for a day or so you can take a laxative because you don't want to get TOO constipated because that will put pressure in your lower belly which I'm sure you don't want right now lol.
Anyway congrats I'm so happy for you, she's beautiful!

Me too. I'm doing great atm although in pain my meds have wore off lol. DH was there the whole time. He literally acted like i was a baby. Helped me eith everything including helping me pump. No complication with the incision, i'm healing great. And up and doing things, I'm actually wacthing my oldest right no while DH is gone. My only prob (TMI), is no BM yet...
She's beautiful! I'm so glad they were able to get things taken care of and that she is doing well. before you know it she will be home and in your arms. How are YOU doing after the c-section?
I had no fluid left, and before we left for the hospital, I went to use the bathroom and I was bleeding, so yeah it was pretty bad. bad enough to where i went from getting check to a delivery room, the her HB started dropping and I was rushed to the OR.
Congrats! Glad everything turned out ok in the end. How far gone were you when you had her? Hope she gets stronger really soon so you can bring her home earlier! x

Awwwwww! *sniffles* you know pregnant women cry easily! lol but I'm very happy for both of you. I was really worried about the 2 of you when you posted about you leaking fluid the other night. Take a pic for us to see! I'm sure she's a cute lil thing =)
Just like I thought! See I told ya! But I am soo glad she's healthy and both of you are fine! Congratulations on your babygirl. She's a good weight so she shouldn't be in the nicu too long. My daughter was born 2 lbs.. that was scary.
Yeah it was very scary, the ride to the hospital was a nightmare, our Big city hospital is an hour away, but its the only one that can deal with emergencys unlike the comunity hospital here...The OB staff was great. the were going to let me have her vagnially but i keep making her HB drop. Just glad shes ok. Shes in the Cube just to kep her warmer. I honestly didnt know i was in labor thrusday, it just felt like i was sick, backache, joint aches and the "couldnt stop peeing".
