UPDATE

I am 39 weeks along today, and I posted yesterday saying I had bright red blood after sex and that I had some cramping after. I finally went in last night because I was worrying myself and was having contractions about 4.5 minutes apart. They said I was dilated to a 4 and 50% effaced! They had me walk and see if I would progress. After 2 hours my contractions had stopped. I'm getting so anxious to meet my baby girl! Hoping she comes soon♡♡ wish me luck! Anyone else stuck around 4cm? Any pointers to maybe get things moving? If she don't come within next couple days I would like to try and help her :)

I was stuck at 3 cm that was two weeks ago. I'm sure I'm dilated more now. A exercise ball will help drop baby lower and dilate
