When you go to the ER see if they can sign you up for some type of emergency medical insurance for pregnant people. I dont know where you live, but in my area I think medical covers all pregnant people....you might have some sort of share of cost depending on your income. But if you have previa and you have fluid collection in your uterus (im guessing you have a sch??) you need to be seen. It could be nothing, but you dont want to risk your life and the life of your child due to having no insurance.

Sounds like it could be urgent, you should either call some help line for advice or search what it could be, but if I were you I'd run for the ER. Your baby could be at risk.
