I'm gettin a cold

I haven't had my first pre natal appt yet and I'm kinda getting a cold/allergies Cuz of all this cold nasty weather.  And all I'm doin now is drinkin orange juice but my nose is stopped up/runny and I got drainage in my throat.  What kinds of meds are safe for me to take being pregnant?

I called my ob/gyn office & talked to a nurse when I was getting a cold & she said I could take plain mucinex (NOT mucinex D) & plain Sudafed together. I know it sounds like alot but it worked fast. I was in my first trimester too

Nothing while first trimester is comepletely safe just wait it out drink tea and rest
