should I just go the hospital?

So through out my pregnancy I barely got any prenatal care because of insurance issues. But I qualified for emergency medicaid but right Now I don't receive any prenatal, I'm at 39+4 days but I feel like my baby moved completely with her head up instead of down , i have a lot of pressure on top and also whenever she gets hick ups they're up top not down low like before i tried bouncing on a ball, swinging, sex, walking to get her to go back with her head down but nothing I've been like this since I turned 39 weeks. I do get contractions but only like 2 and then no more come for a while. Everytime I walk I feel a lot of pressure down they're and get bh. I'm a small person and I'm afraid that if I wait too long to go the hospital my baby will get to big to get back with her head down and I'll have a c section ? Also worried because my baby doesnt move as much anymore. What I'm hoping for is that they'll induce me and on the process my baby will move and go back with her head down. Should I just go ?

I emergency medicaid which will cover the hospital bill for when I give birth. And I was thinking that if by next week I don't go into labor to go in so by that time I'll be over due and also to give my baby some time and see if she changes position?

You can go to L&D and tell them you are not receiving care and you think something is wrong. They will prob just do a few tests and check for dilation and if nothing is wrong they will send you home. Since you have not had any known complications and not over your due date they may not induce you.
