Vicks Vapo Rub..
can i use vicks to rub my back?? Like for back pain...
Yeah I finally got around to asking my doc if I could use vaporub\biofreeze\ tiger balm. She said that you can in small amounts, just don't go overboard and use it constantly.
I use tiger balm on my lower back all the time!doctor said it was fine and I am so thankful for that lol
