Vision probems/ huqee migrane/ headache 30 weeks pregnant

Okay so as I am writtinq this I'm feeling really sick . I'm having visual problems and have this huqeeeee migrane/headache and just wanna puke my guts out :( .

Any opionions ladies?

Ps. I'm 30 weeks .

I would call your doctor or L&D and get checked out soon. Those are in line with pre-eclampsia. This is a list of symptoms (taken from Mayoclinic site):

High blood pressure (hypertension) — 140/90 millimeters of mercury (mm Hg) or greater
Excess protein in your urine (proteinuria)
Severe headaches
Changes in vision, including temporary loss of vision, blurred vision or light sensitivity
Upper abdominal pain, usually under your ribs on the right side
Nausea or vomiting
Dizziness
Decreased urine output
Sudden weight gain, typically more than 2 pounds (0.9 kilogram) a week
