Im 30 weeks, every night I cant sleep comfortable anymore. My back hurts like crazy, I keep getting acid reflux & my babygirl moves like crazy when I try to sleep. Is all this normal???

Nobody ever tells you about the last few weeks of pregnancy do they? I mean theyre all different and not always expected to be a breeze the whole time true enough but just a fair warning the closer you get to the end the worse it most likely will get as far as acid reflux back pain  trouble sleeping itching and  urination.. I'm feeling it now thats why I'm up at 2 in the morning! Good luck

Ah, I remember those days. I would get heart burn from water and tums, I found that my saving grace was malox (berry blend) and sitting/sleeping up right. I think I spend the last 2 months of my pregnancy sleeping in a recliner because I couldnt sleep laying flat.

VERY! Lol welcome to pregnancy :) fun huh? Sorry I'm jot trying to be mean I just know the pain! This is my third in three years. Try some Tums and water for the reflux and try not to drink or eat anything with.lots of sugar or acid before bed. As for getting comfortable just experiment with your pillows, I have a bad back and.bad hips outside of pregnancy so I'm.not the best to ask (I have a disease that basically eats away your joint cartledge) anyway I find for ME a think pillow between my legs and one behind.my back and one under my tummy to kinda prop it up so it doesn't pull. Good luck and congratulations!
