Water pills
So I've posted this question on two other forums but those are pretty dead and didn't get a answer .. Am I allowed to take water pills while breast feeding ? I finally got my period and I'm too bloated especially since I still have a lot of water due to having a c section I had a lot more water in my body after the surgery than the normal person. Please lmk
I would call the doctor and just ask.. I'm on sleeping med/ vitamin that she told me bout but says not to take preg. I do not use every night or anything. And I will be double checking with my doctor next appointment just to make sure.
I just looked it up, and it was not recommended. They said to increase water intake and reduce caffeine.
I'm not sure what they have in them but I know it helps you get rid of water in your body
