Weak legs.

I'm 19weeks+4 days and I still work full time in a coffee shop (on my feet all day) and most of time when I get home and relax (sit on the sofa or have a nap) my legs are so weak I can't walk (once had to crawl to the toilet it was that bad hahaha) wondered if anyone else has this issue if so any tips on helping it?

I'm 33 weeks and I still work full time as a server. I'm on my feet all day running around, it's a tough job, and we don't get breaks. It's tiring for sure, but you can do it. Just try and sit down with your feet up when you can, drink lots of water. I also bought a maternity support belt to help with back pain and it's been a lifesaver. If you can't sit (I can't) try putting one foot up like on a box, or the bottom ledge of a counter to take pressure off it temporarily, and switch back and forth between feet

But that's the problem if I stop and sit down I struggle to get back up and get sharp pains down my legs "/ and start hobbling haha. I'm the assistant manager so I can go for a break when I like. And yes my manager does know :) yeah my legs do give way sometimes I've had physio and the doctor thinks I have siatica but I really don't want to stop working :(

I work as a Cna and I'm on my feet and lifting people all night long. The best thing I could tell you is try to take sitting breaks whenever you can like if ur labeling stuff or cleaning something pull a seat up and do it. Your bodys telling you to rest. I would be careful too about 19 weeks is when I started falling from my legs being too weak to support myself my doctor said its rare but some women produce a lot of relaxin and your body loosens up earlier than it should. NY doc actually took me off work cuz of it.

Maybe your supervisor can give u an extra break or something in between so you can put your feet up

I'm 23 weeks and 1 day. I also work in a coffee shop and are on my feet all day. I know what you mean about your legs being weak from standing all day. I know when I'm starting to feel tired of standing because my body will start to ache and my hips, knees and ankles start hurting. Have you told your boss that your pregnant? I would talk to your boss and see if you can take a break every once in awhile to rest your legs.
