Weird cramping

Ok so my period is 11 days late but I took a preg test and it was negative.  I didnt ovulate until much later than the 14 days after my last period so not sure.  Anyway, for a few days I have been having horrible cramps and a stretching feeling in my female parts, also have a headache and thick white discharge.  The cramping is starting to concern me since I am not bleeding, has anyone ever had that?

Im sure about the last period date and the sex dates but not about the ovulation date, I know it seemed later than the normal.  I am kind of freaked out at the cramps I am having with no bleeding

If that's true, and the dates are correct you wouldn't be pregnant because the egg is only viable for 12-24 hours. However, you would have to have 6 week long cycles for that to match up, if not longer.

You will actually ovulate 'usually' 14 days BEFORE your next cycle. This is because ovulation is what causes you to have your cycle, not vise verse. When did you think you did, when did you have sex, when is your next cycle due?
