When im stressed or arguing with the boyfriend i just put in some ear phones and listen to some music.. its honestly the best thing ever! or if its nice where you live go for a walk and just feel the stress leave.. im 32w and i live in WI so no more walks for me but cranking my music up on my phone with headphones does the trick..
Thank you for that suggestion. I may try that date night lol. I had ocd issues long before I even met him. Hormones are kickin my ***.
Well don't really know your situation, but I know pregnancy hormones can make everything 10 times harder.. I have a lot of stress too but I also have depression so I am considering counseling again. Idk if its that serious for you, if not try to do some stress relief things like taking a warm (not hot because of baby) bath, pamper yourself, and try to have a date night or something with your man where its not all focused on the baby. No expert, just what I think lol.
