I know I should just wait... but I want advice.
I had my period Jan 4. I usually have a shorter cycle than most (around 26 days). I ovulated between the 14 or 15 and the 16. I was intimate with out withdraw on the 16th and 18th. On the twentieth I had one bit of clearish discharge when I wiped in the bathroom with a streak of dark blood in it (implantation?). I had mild cramping the twentieth- current. As of the past 5 days I have been nauseous, have heartburn, broke severely in odd places (back, shoulders, neck), have mild cramping, mood swings, flushed face, etc. I went to Dr. and had a test today... neg. of course. They do not have early detection tests and said even if I was pregnant they wouldn't know. Does it sound like I may have had implantation bleeding? Do early detection tests work for most people? Do I sound pregnant? It is silly. I feel like I am.
Oh I remember pregnancy brain sooooo well. It turns into mommy brain which can be just as bad. lol. Thank you. Not to sound too dumb, what is FMU?

I have never had such a weird discharge quite a few days after ovulation with a streak of blood in it combined with all the other signals my body is giving. I feel like I may be going crazy. lol
It sounds like you are only 4-6 DPO, so even an early detection hpt would probably not pick it up yet. I too had short cycles like you; my avg. cycle length was also 26 days. I started testing at 8DPO, but I didn't get a faint line on an early detection hpt until I was 11 DPO (which is still pretty early to get a BFP).
So, you will most likely have to wait about another week before an early detection hpt will work. I know the wait is hard! Best of luck to you!!!

Since you are actually 11-13 DPO, I would go ahead and try an early detection hpt w/ FMU. I used dollar store brand until I got a faint positive and then confirmed w/ a First Response Early Detection. Both were accurate for me at 11 DPO.
