Pregnant before dnc?
I have an odd question to ask? My girl friend just had a miscarriage, not sure exactly when, two weeks ago the baby had a heart beat so with-in that time she miscarried. 2 days ago they had to do a DNC because she was bleeding badly.
The question, in that two week time period we had unprotected sex twice. Is it possible to get preg. after the miscarriage happened, but before the dnc???

i had dnc done on the 20th of jan and i havent started pirod yet now im getting slightly positive pregnancy test is this from previous pregnancy or new one?
Not in that short of a time frame....If she had to have a d & c then there was still tissue from the previous pregnancy in side her. even if she had expelled the miscarraige on her own before the d&c 2 weeks is too short of a time frame for her to have her cycle back.
I'm sure there's a very very small chance it could happen if you're time frame is off but it is extremely unlikely
