so I'm 32weeks pregnant and I'm not sure if I've felt any Braxton hick contractions yet. I don't know what it is I'm supposed to feel. What's the difference between a contraction and just a menstraul cramp ??

Had that question with my daughter!! The real contraction s woke me up out of my sleep :( they just kept coming and eventually got worse :( I was panicking lol

If it's contractions they go away and come back within hours but they get stronger and stronger
