Is it normal????

I'm 34 weeks pregnant and after getting out of bed or standing up after sitting for a while its Sooo hard on me. There's so much pressure and pain on my inner thighs and crotch area.

I do know the feeling my bones are constantly sore and popping lol from my tail bone to my pubic bone

Sitting on my yoga ball helps most of the time :)

I have that too :( I don't remember it being this bad with my first but I think someone posted this a few days ago and got a few responses about it being bc your pelvis is stretching. I have my drs appt Thursday so I will be mentioning it to my dr.

Yes it's totally normal it's due to the hormone relaxin that makes all your bones loose in preparation for delivery...I'm 37+1 and I have the same issues I walk or get on my exercise ball to relive it some
