16 weeks pregnant cramps?!

I get bad cramps especially in the middle of the night is this normal?! I also have diahhrea lately too not sure if its something i might be eating. But this just started a couple days ago.

Just make sure you are staying hydrated. As for the diarrhea, I take a robotic and it helps me with that and constipation. Congrats!

I was the same with both my previous! I used to be woken in the middle of the night in terrible pain!! It did ease off after a few weeks! It must be them growing :) cant really comment on the runs :/ i had them really early on and right at then end?! Hope i was some help x

Heyyyy a fellow February mom :-) !! Don't worry..the cramps are completely normal and sometimes come from baby switching sides trying to find a comfy space...at least thats when i get lots of cramping...last pregnancy and the current. S for the diarrhea,  hormones will unfortunately cause the digestive system to alternate betwern constipation and diarrhea,  however, i bounce around from each end of the stick occasionally and boy oh boy I'd definitely prefer the diarrhea. ..lol.

I hope that you feel better soon because any digestive disruption does not feel good at all. Also, the cramps are normal and laying down is the best place to be when you're cramping. Congrats on baby and best wishes.
