How many of you mommies did castor oil work for? Can you tell what happend please? Thanks!(:

I did it with my son he was born healthy it didn't even make me have to go to the bathroom i took it in the after noon in some ice cream didn't even taste it that night went into labor and had him that morning im planing on doing it with this one two there is website you can look up actual recipes to mix with but they say it only works if your body is ready to go into labor I did a lot of research on it before I even did it

I tried it with my first and went into labor the next day. But I was already 4cm dilated and 39+5. I didn't have any side effects but my son did. He pooped when my water broke and nicu nurses had to be on standby during my labor incase he inhaled it...it was stressful so I won't be using it with this one. Just be careful if you do use it :)

I want to try it as well... I've been having some contractions and tightening and I wanna just give it that last little push lol

I tried it around 39 weeks ...it just made me gag and throw it back up. I mixed it with juice, it was disgusting lol.

I know someone who tried it when she was at 40 weeks 4 days.  All it did was make her have big, cramping poops.
