Needing some reassurance

I found out I was preggers with a POAS and a blood test 12 DPO. My HCG levels were 55, which is GREAT for so early. I go back to the doc tomorrow.... My issue is, I am reading all these scary stories on here, and I am PARANOID AS HELL. I've had two healthy successful pregnancies, no history of miscarriages..... will someone PLEASE tell me everything is fine with my baby.  I'm going to have to stop reading posts, I think.

Bad things do happen, in any circumstances in life. I hope you don't have to leave the boards and that you're able to stay and freely ask questions. Just because some have had a miscarriage, or a dozen, doesn't mean you're doomed to have one as well.

Seriously....if reading about miscarriages and other potential problems scares you, then try not to do it.  Easier said than done, especially when you just want to be properly informed....but try to focus on your happiness instead :-)

Your HCG level is PERFECT!  I wouldn't worry about a thing.  If your doctor says it's great, than it's great!  The doc wouldn't lie!!  CONGRATS!!!!
