I drink a glass of milk every once in a while. Ive onlyhave three meals and a few snacks here and there like apples and ppeanut butter. I'll be having some meat and beans for dinner. What are some things with good protein?
I was, very hungry all time in the beginning as, well I think unless ir until nausea sets in its normal lol. But it sounds like you are eating good food c and that is very important and as, well as your prenatal. And just as important as your fruits and veg is protein. Protein is very important during pregnancy and will help with the hunger :-) getting enough protein is said also to help prevent miscarriage etc. But aside is just very important so make sure your getting your fruits veg dairy and protein and whole grains :-)
Well chicken is the only thing I can get down and stay down. That and beans. Potatoes. I mean I've been hungry before but not for this long extended time. I'm getting tired of cooking.
My stomach is the same way. I read to eat whole grains abd chicken but I can't eat chicken the site and smell make me sick so I have been eating Turkey sandwiches right now but popsicles are my super favorite
Well chicken and pickles and fruit. and salty things is what I'm craving. I've been eating but my stomach is growling only after a few hours. I also have been drinking lots of juice and water and juice mixed with water.
